ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- • If you do not want the order with any reason, you can cancel the order by visiting the website.
- • We will accept the cancelled request and will not forward to dispatch department.
- • You will be informed through the message/email for cancelled order and forwarded for refund if the payment is made in advance.
- • In case of technical and product unavailability issue, Namaste India has the right of cancellation and for this activity we will inform you through the message/ Email.
- • Namaste India supplies the product after checking & verifying of product before dispatching.
- • Namaste India will refund the amount in case of complete order cancellation only.
- • If the complete order is cancelled by customer before delivery of product, the process of refund will go through the internal process that will take 2-3 working days.
- • Once the refund process is approved, the request will be forwarded to your bank and the amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days.
- • Namaste India supplies the product after checking & verifying the product before dispatching, we will not entertain return request.
- • We will accept the return request for damage received product, leakage received product only.
- • If you receive the damage/leakage product during the delivery, please do not accept the goods and raise the request for return with return remark.
- • If you find the damage/ leakage product after delivery, please inform us within 2 hours immediately and after this we may not accept the request.
